DMCA Agreement

Use of Lineage Hosting's services constitutes acceptance and agreement to Lineage Hosting′s DMCA Agreement as well as Lineage Hosting′s TOS (Terms of Service). From herewith in this DMCA Agreement, TOS, AUP, and SLA and other documents, the usage of “us”, “we”, “our”, “ours” shall constitute reference to Lineage Hosting, the usage of “you”, “your”, “they”, “them” shall refer to the Client / customer of Lineage Hosting.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") provides a mechanism for notifying service providers of claims of unauthorized use of copyrighted materials. Under the DMCA, a claim must be sent to the service provider's Designated Agent. Email is not an accepted form of communication as delivery origins can be spoofed and altered. If you believe in good faith that Lineage Hosting should be notified of a possible online copyright infringement involving a member of Lineage Hosting's client base, please notify our Designated Agent by postal mail or delivery courier:
